Chefs Claudio Pirollo and Mickael Cornu are always thrilled and excited to bring their passion and dedication for traditional Belgian Cuisine. Already awarded in Europe with “Best Young Chef in Belgium” in 1994, Chef Claudio has settled his name and reputation in Washington DC as a recognized Chef by his peers, by the Medias and the guests. Mickael Cornu distinguished himself with his talents as a Pastry Chef in his own country, France, where he was voted “Best Young Pastry Chef” in his state in 1989; he used his talents to create desserts for President Clinton and worked as the Executive Pastry Chef, research and Development at Federal Bakers and created delicacies for Starbucks.
